We are in Tilak Nagar, Shimoga, Karnataka. Our address is First Cross, Tilak Nagar, Shimoga 577201.
What do you sell?
Healthy snacks and organic pantry staples. Right now that means energy laddoos made without jaggery or sugar, jowar jaggery cookies, Indian bee honey and organic coconut oil. The full list is on our shop page.
Do you deliver outside Shimoga?
Yes. We ship across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Festive weeks can take a little longer.

What payment options do you accept?
You pay online at checkout through PayU, which is a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Because our products are food, we handle returns case by case. Please read our Return and Refund Policy for the details, or write to us as soon as you receive a damaged or wrong item.
Are your energy laddoos really free of jaggery and sugar?
Yes, our energy laddoos are made without jaggery and without sugar. Check the ingredient list on the product page for exactly what goes into them.
I have a food allergy. How do I know if a product is safe for me?
Please read the ingredient list on the product page before you order. If you are unsure, message us and ask. We would rather answer a question than have you take a risk.
How should I store the products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight. Check the label on your pack for any specific advice and the best-before date.
Is the honey pure?
We sell Indian bee honey. Real honey can thicken or crystallise over time, and that is normal. Our blog post on how to choose pure honey explains what to look for.
Do you offer bulk or gift orders?
