Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Due to the nature and perishable quality of our products, we do not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges on any products purchased from Clean Eats.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Products
Despite our stringent quality control measures, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with the following information:
Order number
Details of the issue (e.g., incorrect item received, product damaged)
Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
3. Reporting Timeframe
Any concerns regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the order. Requests received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Resolution
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:
Offer a replacement of the product, or
Issue a store credit for the value of the incorrect/damaged item
Resolutions are generally processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Order Cancellation
Physical Products
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Policy
We follow a No-Refund Policy. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:
Product not received
Product lost in transit
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during shipping
In such cases, a replacement or store credit may be provided, subject to verification.
7. Return Policy

Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only for incorrect products received.
The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, the replacement is expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
Important Notes
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
